The skinning and derinding blades are used for removing leather, skin and membrane from swine, cattle, poultry and fish.
Skinner blades are used to remove membrane and remove the fat cover from selected cuts (eg, pork loin, shoulder, shank, fillet), producing a refined cut and adding value to it. Derinding blades are used in the process of removing the skin from the product (for example, in the pig: shank, belly).
